Return policy

All items must be unworn and have all labels affixed to the original packaging.


The manufacturer's packaging is considered part of the product-please do not damage or stain the brand's box/packaging.


Please note that we will not refund products that have been used, worn, damaged or changed in any way, including crease prints and posters.


(Polite notice: We will never ship damaged prints or posters, so please take extra care not to damage them yourself when removing them from the product).


Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept the return or exchange of earrings.


If the item does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse to return the item.
